the holiday inn express was immaculate and very well maintained. the staff was super accommodating, and the breakfast service was fantastic. the indoor heated pool was great and a big highlight, especially being close to woodlands, which is always excellent!

Clean hotel, comfortable king suite, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and free parking nearby for easy access to explore the area.

Despite a few cleanliness issues and a broken elevator, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered delicious options. The room was spacious, which made our family stay enjoyable. However, the service might need improvement, especially during busy times.

This was an ideal choice for a short stay in Blowing Rock with great value for money. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including pancakes and sausages which made mornings nice. Make sure to look for the signage early, as it can be easy to miss on the way in.

However, the air conditioning was problematic, blowing cold air directly over the bed, which made for an uncomfortable night. Additionally, the cleanliness needed improvement, with dusty hallways and a generally unkempt appearance in some areas. The access for pets was great, offering a nice grassy area, which made it convenient for dog owners.

We had a lovely time during our visit, enjoying the clean facilities and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The rooms were well-kept, and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave was a definite plus. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, particularly the cinnamon rolls, which were no longer as gooey and hot as I remembered.

This hotel is perfect for me, with excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely outdoor pool. When I first visited, the staff were so kind to my elderly parents, making our stay special. I always look forward to coming back for Easter.

i stayed here for a weekend biking trip and it was a fantastic experience. the hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and friendly staff. breakfast had a great variety, especially the egg white omelet, which was a highlight for me.

We had a great time with friends! The hotel's proximity to local ski resorts was fantastic, and we enjoyed skiing lessons. Check out the awesome musical performances at Appalachian State University too! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Will definitely recommend for a fun group getaway.
